LE A few mod ideas

I'm not a modder but with the mod tools coming out i've got a few ideas for anyone who thinks they would be awesome

 

Stabbing - It would be nice to stab the enemies at the press of v (or something) holding v would be a kick and so on, kicking or stabbing would stop an enemies block at the cost of stamina

 

Horses - In my opinion the horses are pretty bad, making them faster and smarter (i don't want my horse trying to kill the 3 mammoths and giants i just pissed off). also i would like horse combat, pressing the left mouse button would make you attack on the left and vice versa. same thing goes for interaction, being able to collect plants etc. would be really helpful

 

Gladiator - I think this was a morrowind mod but basically you go to a place and start an entire gladiator line where it's basically combat against someones champions (or something like that)

 

Float - it would be awesome(and helpful) to jump off the top of a mountain and use a floating spell to land safely.

 

Better mountain climbing - im sure everyone has come across this but when climbing mountains, you get stuck because the hill it a bit too vertical, i'm not asking for the ability to run up walls, i just want to climb a mountain without getting stopped because this rock is too big to jump over.

 

water combat - sounds lame but when something drops into the water out of reach, it's annoying having to hit them. same thing goes for the slaughter fishes.

 

Travellers - Basically randomized NPCs that go from one place to the other in skyrim to make it feel like people are escaping from cyrodill etc. they probably need about 2 lines of dialogue or so.

Well I'm not a modder either, but i can give you some tips to solve some of those problems in vanilla.

 

Float: You can actually land safety from a big jump with the "make ethereal" Shout. Still, you have to land before the shout effect dissapear if you want to survive, but is more than anything.

 

Better Mountain Climbing: Well, I think this is for what the horse really helps. Actually the horse can walk in rocks that are too vertical for the player, so using it may solve your problem. Still, try not to jump from too high or your horse will die (and also you if it is too high), so be careful.

 

Water Combat: Well this isn't really a solution, but what I do to fight and be able to attack underwater beings, is to get as inside to the water as I can, and then using "sneak" to crouch and be able to see what's going on underwater but being also able to use my weapons, it is a bit weird to see the flame spells work perfectly underwater, but it's better that being defenseless.
