RubberDuck019
Hey Ive done everything correctly in the sense that in the Documents folder everything is renamed .ini and such. However every time i launch fallout 4 (I use f4se all the time btw) ive noticed it creates a new file in the documents folder simply named Fallout4 alongside the file already named Fallout4.ini it dosent do this with the custom.ini or the prefs.ini I understand this is what is causing my game to crash. it happened very little a while ago but it is now getting to the point where every time i load up it crashes. I have tried renaming the newqly created file to fallout4.ini(2) when it appears however it simply creates a new fallout4 file again on top next time. I am rather desperate to know how to resolve this. If anyone can help I would most appreciate it. :(
r8Rusoski
By a wile ago, when do you mean, a wile ago I have been having problems too, from the time the game was updated to 1.9 I guess, it isn't playable at all, picture freezes every few seconds, I can only blame patch 1.9 or Windows Update. AGreatWeight
Make sure your using the latest version of F4SE. Every time Fallout4 gets a new update, F4SE also needs to be updated.
