Hm, I think I'll try it then out in English. It isn't illegal to patch the german Goty to English, right? If that's the case, I'll then just play the no-gore version. ^^

Like I said, no need to stick your neck out for a game if there is any possible issues involved.

 

The rules there are there for a reason as is any where, we deal with them.

 

But regional settings are a PC's settings from the users input, ergo, If you wanted to be in say Hawaii ? That is programed by the user, l regional setting scanned become that, your connecting to the world thru that PC.

 

you can reset this on the Host machine as well, the systems, all hardware that connects to the WWW become the norm for the source machine. My home, "where I was born" was south America...where people are starving and politics are a joke.

 

The bad thing is there no reason for that to even take place, the land is rich ,but the people in power want the riches, and the people subjected to them, don't want to invest in their own lands.

No, you can choose regional on a lot of things and remain legit. The soft ware does not care, it is not human.

 

It follows what you tell it to do.

 

Fear is the factor involved with the "indexing issues" there.

Ok... I've followed this start up, that I recommand to EVERYBODY, and now it don't crashes after exiting the vault anymore. The game also don't crashes. I've also installed a English patch from the internet (like I said, it is legal now).
