having trouble loading Fallout 4 with mods

I have a good amount of mods that were running fine until I decided to install some more.

It gets up to the tittle screen and I try to start a new save but CTD's while loading with no error. I've run LOOT every time, I have no conflicts of any kind, it hasn't told me to clean any files, and I've sorted my load order again and again.

please help, I'm getting really annoyed and really don't wanna start from scratch again.

Looking through your load order -

You've got three files here for NAC - PRC there

NAC-PRC Nucleartime.esp

NAC-PRC Summetime.esp

NAC-PRC Wintertime.esp

You can only use one of these 'season' mods at a time (when using either PRC, NAC or PRC and NAC together)

Installing more will cause the others to be overwritten, so select which one of the seasons you want to use, and uninstall the other two (you can always try the others later, one at a time, to see which one you prefer)

Also, you've got

NAC-PRC-Far Harbor.esp and NAC-PCR-Nukaworld.esp

whilst also using

NAC-FarHarbor.esp and NAC-Nukaworld.esp

This is what is likely causing your CTD.

If your using PRC enb alongside NAC, then you'll need only the first two.

If your using a different enb (or not using an enb at all) then you'll need only the second two.

Thankfully your mod list is around 50 or so, so this is easy to identify. I'd advise that when installing new/more mods, always do it one at a time, checking each time in-game to make sure that the mod is working correctly.

Also, I can't emphasize enough how important it is to thoroughly read the mod description for install instructions, as well as checking any sticky posts from the mod author in the comments section.
