My game would crash on fast travel to certain locations and on load in certain areas. I'm a bit of an avid modder and went through with many different things and even completely removed all my mods and I was fine. Reinstalled with the mods I had up until that point and then the problem would persist, So any help would be much appreciated because I've never actually ran into this problem before. For further assistance I'll also attach my modlist/ order and my papyrus log and my pc specs. damanding Posted April 17, 2017 Share Posted April 17, 2017 It's likely unrelated but you have too many Live Dismemberment esps, if I remember correctly from previous looks at that mod you're only supposed to install one. I suspect the mod author setup the download in such a way that it installs all of them automatically and most people don't realize. From an admittedly quick glance at your mod list I didn't see anything that particularly stood out. What locations are you getting CTDs in? Fast traveling to anywhere and I get a crash when in the dialogue menu. But one thing I have picked up is that it's 100% going to happen should I fast travel to sanctuary or some other random locations EDIT: Could also be related or not but this only started happening after updating to 1.9 Edited April 17, 2017 by Yomama69698 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Greslin Posted April 17, 2017 Share Posted April 17, 2017 For me, CTDs in FO4 are almost always caused by bad FormID references in mods. Load FO4Edit, right click on your mod list and select "Check for Errors". Look for any mentions of unresolved FormIDs. If there are any, they're probably causing your problem. Yomama69698 Posted April 17, 2017 Author Share Posted April 17, 2017 (edited) Will do, Did it last night but had no change so I completely removed all my mods and reinstalled but I'll do it again Update: Found the mods that had bad formIDs and removed them and then tried again with no luck.
