HELP! Crash at Startup doesn't even get to the slides at the beginning

hey first post here cant get my fallout 3 to load as it says in the title it crashes at the beginning of the game any help is appreciated

I've tried reinstalling and taking out certain mods it worked fine until i added some mods I've reinstalled and not put in those mods but it still crashes I'm stumped.

1rst: where or what did you obtain the list here? Fallout3.esm is always capped...

 

2nd; the load order is wrong..though some people get lucky and are able to run the game, you would not believe some instances I've seen to that fact.

 

3rd; What do you mean (these are the mods that worked and are currently active) ?

The combination of mods so installed are in conflict...you need a good known running game b4 installing mods anyway.

 

Best advice is to start over and install and test each as you go to determine where the flaw may be "1rst"
