SkyUI error 4

I have tried every fix I can find and nothing seems to be working. When I open the game Skyui is working but will crash after about an hour. Below are my skyrim.ini's information. Please help, I really want this fixed so I don't have to worry about my game crashing randomly and losing my progress. ~Ashes

Yes, I have tried reinstallin SKSE and SkyUI it's self thinking one or both might be out of date but It didnt work.

Yes, My game is completely up to date. I even tried a fresh install and it is giving the same issue. Tried playing it without the mods and it still shows up. I tried everything I could think of.
