Equip Lag and Books don't zoom in

Hello,

I'm facing 2 bugs on my Skyrim installation.

1) Whenever i equip an item the game freezes for a few seconds (the mouse moves, but i can't click on anything)

2) Whenever i try to read a book the game freezes again for a few seconds and then the book opens, but it doesn't zoom in like usual, so it's really small and i can barely read from it.
