Institute Relay Issue

Hey there -

(Possible spoilers below for some)

Ok, I am doing the Nuclear Option quest with the Minutemen. I get to the console inside the Institute, load the Institute Relay holotape Sturges gave me and all I get is , "No compatible network found." ....And that's it. Nothing else happens. I tried googling the issue and found all kinds of other glitches but not that one in particular.

Any clue here would be greatly appreciated.

Update: Ok, for me the issue was the mod Institute as a Settlement, which I noticed is no longer on Nexus. Heh.

Anyway, play on.

There are settlements that need my help...
