LE Special armor set request

First things first,i want ALL this armor in BLACK,fully BLACK.

 

1.For the chest

2.For the leg part ,same pants as the chest.

3.For the boots something like that

4.And for the gloves,you know,no need for the gloves,just a simple wrist on both hands like this

 

STATS:

1.Something that gives one handed weapons bonuses and a bit of the stamina

2.Health bonuses and one handed weapons bonuses

3.Silent steps in stealth (saw that from Nightingale armor set bonus)

4.One handed weapons bonuses + stamina

 

And i want this armor with this stats right off the bat for lvl 1,is it possible?
