toxin11
Okay, so i have been modding for a while and just considered making and releasing a mod and in that i was going to add custom textures for some T-51b but nifskope wont load the textures. i have tried going into the directory for rendering and selecting the folder where my textures are and have hunted around the internet for a while and have not come up with anything helpful. Also bear in mind i hadn't even fired up nifskope and GIMP before today so if it is just me being a novice at this please point me in the right direction. Gribbleshnibit8
Make sure that the texture has the proper name, is in the exact proper folder structure (textures/armor/etc...), and that the render settings point to your folder. If you want to rename the textures, then you'll need to go to each node in the mesh and reassign the texture property (No clue if there's a faster way to do this). Here's a tutorial on how to change texture properties.
Quetzlsacatanango
Nifskope won't read inside BSAs, so if you haven't extracted them, you won't see them.
PaladinHoss
Yeah listen to the good people that replied :D U need to use FOMM BSA browser and extract the textures too and u will see them :P

I certainly don't have all my textures extracted. It won't load custom BSAs for sure, unless you tell it to. I forget exactly what it's called, the BSA scanner is in the File menu somewhere. Gribbleshnibit8
Not really, the program should auto-detect installed games. I forget how to do it right now, and I'm not at my computer to do it.
