Saving plugin

I loaded my plugin along with skyrim.esm to edit it on my second day of CK-ing, and whenever I try to save it again after doing some work on this practice dungeon room, this error appear.

Am I supposed to have my plugin loaded, and save it like normally after doing to a cell I created in the way shown in the second official video tutorial?

 

EDIT: I figured it out, I forgot to set it as the active plugin.
