WiseMan999
Basically, a few days before the CK came out I started learning Python. So should I finish the (rather long) tutorial and get a better grasp with Python or start using Papyrus? I'm not sure, so I would appreciate any advice on this matter. Thanks. It's hard for my to be objective on this. I say just jump into scripting. It's object oriented, go through some of the minor tutorials currently available and ping the groups for help. You'll be knee deep in the trenches before you know it. -MM Edit: If it wasn't obvious. Ditch learning python now, since the CK is out. Iv121
Usually you should do both in the same time. Try playing with what you've learned already. I'm sure you will have some questions. When this happens you go back to the tutorial and so on until you get the logic behind it. From this point it's just a matter of knowing the right commands, which you can always find in the tutorials and wikies, not big deal . That's what Im going to do right now. I have some trouble with launching CK, hope Bethesda addresses those problems soon so I can start playing with that stuff ...
