Need an easter egg to my novel

I want to make a novel, and in that's novel, there is a dog, and i want make a reference to fallout 3, our companion dog meat. So the question is:

1. Is there any problem with copyright?

2. I want a dog meat name, but in other languages, like in indonesia dogmeat is "daging anjing". And i want it in other languages, and give me suggestions please, I'm promise i will write your name in my book.
