Working on my own world space, needs some help.

Anyone know why it won't show up ingame and know how to fix it?

It's really annoying.

 

The place is by no means done I plan on making many small islands with respawning wildlife and such.

Just to get the obvious question out of the way: Do you have grass elsewhere in-game? There are game settings that affect its appearance, including making it not show up at all...

Grass Fix

The Bug

A problem with grass textures not updating correctly. This fix will make your animated grass behave correctly in the CK, as well as in-game.

For the Game

Open up both Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini and at the bottom of the [Grass] section add/alter this:

bAllowLoadGrass=0

bAllowCreateGrass=1

bDrawShaderGrass=1

For the Editor

In the skyrim installion folder open SkyrimEditor.ini and at the bottom of the [Grass] section add:

bAllowCreateGrass=1

bAllowLoadGrass=0
