Civil War propaganda

I want a mod that adds dynamic propaganda to the Civil war, so thinks like recruiters traveling between cities and town criers in Solitude and Windhelm talking about how well their respective side is doing in the war.

 

Also I think it would be really cool if either side of the war properly utilized you the player as propaganda, after all the DB choosing a side in a major political conflict should be a pretty big deal, So like if you join the Legion the recruiters would spread the word of how the DB is loyal to the Empire and this would have actual impacts like people deciding to switch sides in the war just by your sheer presence
