Skyrim CTD to black Screen

Guys i'm desperate for help, i've been struggling with this issue for almost a month now.

Lately when i'm playing Skyrim SE i get this weird problem in wich the sound freezes for a second or two, while the screen goes black as if i'm turning off the computer.

I can then still hear the sound of the game from my speakers, and if i try to CTR+ALT+DEL i can hear windows sounds but i was unable to do anything else, i just had to hard reset.

I thought since i started playing and modding Skyrim three months ago that i was doing something wrong with the mods or such, so i decided to restart with a clean install.

Still got the error.

After a while i decided to format completely my OS and reinstall anew everything, so i did.

Before installing Skyrim i learned to use properly Mod Organizer following Gopher's guides, and redownloaded all the mods i've been using.

I then followed SEPTIM guide and added the mods i liked in addiction to those ones.

Everything seemed working seamlessly until i tried the Reshade. I could really hear the GPU working, and after a couple minutes, i got that haunting issue again.

Thinking that it was reshade's fault, i deleted the files:

1. dxgi.dll
2. dxgi.ini
3. dxgi.log
4. XXXXX
5. folder "reshade-shaders"

while XXXXX was a preset.

From this moment on, even without reshade my game keeps crashing me to dead monitor, while no crash log is created since the game is supposedly still working - althou i tried to swing the weapon or walk but i can just hear the music playing at the moment of the crash.

I also opened up the case, removed the GPU and cleaned everything with canned air.

My computer:

MOBO: Gygabyte Technology "Z97X-Gaming 3"
Processor: Intel Core i7 4790K @4.00Ghz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 "4.0" (yes, it's actually a 3.6 approx power, they cheated me too)

I really need help desperately.

I have no idea what's causing it.
