TheBrownCow
Ok, so when I go onto Steam and into my games library. I click on Skyrim. It loads the beginning start screen with the play button, data files, technical support, etc. When I click the play button a message appears after a few seconds that says exactly this: Your game version is NOT supported, supported patches: 1.3.10.0us. I've already uninstalled the game once, and taken out all the mods. I have no idea what to do. Please help me!
gjm777
Have you tried verifying your steam game cache?
TheBrownCow
what is that? I've never heard of it.
gjm777
Verify integrity of game cache 1. Load Steam 2. From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu. 3. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache... button. 4. Steam will verify the game's files - this process may take several minutes. 5. Once the process is completed, the Check Window will automatically exit.
