jb76239
Anyone know how to do this? So far, I have been able to do it by simply deleting the leveled 'boss' dragon and placing a non-leveled dragon actor in the exact same spot. However, this doesn't seem to work right, as the new dragon, when slain, does not disintegrate and give the player a dragon soul. It just dies and become a limp rag doll. Is there a more elegant solution? Some way I can change the existing dragon boss to reference as its base object a static dragon instead of a leveled dragon? Anyway, I''m still struggling with this. The current problem: I managed to replace the leveled dragon bosses with static dragons, all with the appropriate scripts and whatnot. Some of them function perfectly. However, there's an instant CTD issue when entering the cells inhabited by others. For example, I deleted the leveled dragon at Ancient's ascent and replaced it with a static frost dragon. Now when I enter this cell, instant CTD. Is there a way to change the original dragon to use a static object as its base object instead of a leveled object?
