Overriding default game behavior

Anyone figured out how to do that?

I've been wanting to tweak the fast travel system to my liking, but have not found any script related to this.

 

I know "locations" are in WorldData>Location

But changing how the game travels to and from these places eludes me...

 

Game-script only contains a native function:

Function FastTravel(ObjectReference akDestination) native global

 

Is it all hardcoded I wonder?
