All dialogue?

I'm wondering if theres a place to see all the conversations and dialogue that are in the game I want to write a story about my character's journey but short of writing it down I'm not sure where to get all the conversations that happen.

I would be grateful for any help :)

Not quite sure what you're looking for. Since there are so many options for so many different situations and character combinations, many of which depend on previous choices made by the player, there is no single "screenplay" script. And a document laying-out all the branches and their resulting forks would be incredibly difficult to create.

 

The devs obviously did it though. And the game itself contains the text in the form of the subtitles. So probably not impossible. I know the DA wiki has many segments from the convos, but that's mostly for the situations where the player's response has an impact on the plotline.

You can try Dragon Age Wikia project, it has the "quotes" section which are quite robust and contain not all, but a vast amount of dialogues from the game.

You may have already moved on but if you're still looking for all the dialog then you could use the dragon age toolset to look at each character's conversation files. It isn't necessarily organized by occurrence but there are groups with comments and you could always look at the condition plot field.
