GageUltsch
Okay, so here's the story: I'm working on a novel (Again, lost during Hard Drive Formatting, external failed after Windows was reinstalled), and the protagonist in the first novel is actually the antagonist in the 2nd (I wrote several "books" in high school but I never shared them with anyone ever before, except for my wife just before they were lost). I want to bring these stories to life through certain modifications, of course. I can program fine, I'm working quickly with the construction set, the character is made, adjusted this character so that he was unique (existing mods that I'm planning on using for this very large mod, I'm keeping track of and will be contacting the modders in the next coming weeks in order to obtain their permission for this project). I'm a quick learner, a damned decent programmer by hobby, but between school, work, and this project I do not want to take up 3D modeling at all, let alone all the tweaking that would have to take for it to go into Skyrim. So here is my request: I want Black Leather Robes. I want them tight-fitting like the Thalmor Robes, but if it can be as tight as the Nightingale outfit, even better (No open-finger gloves). I want him to have a mage-like hood, no cloak, but I want him to have (I don't know exactly what it is called so forgive me if I use the wrong word) a shawl? Think of the traditional monk robes with the round fabric that sits atop the shoulders and hangs over the chest. Only tight-fitting, nice and snug on him. I don't need any special design, I simply need tight-fitting leather robes with a shawl (Like the Mythic Dawn robes, but rounder), seamless so it looks like it is all 1 piece, I want it to be open in the front (So you can see he's wearing pants underneath), like the Thalmor robes, but even more open. At this point: It's asking a lot, so I'm not even worried about this last bit. If it's possible, I would like 2 versions. One where it has the hood on and worn, and another where the hood is actually pulled back. Been playing with the construction set, and I'm pretty close to figuring out how to change an entire outfit when putting on a hood, so it can work. If I get impatient with it, I'll probably just make it 2 different outfits. I've included a picture to be very specific. The Aqua color describes the shape of the hood over the head (There are 2, either is fine), the Blue shows the shape of the hood down on the shoulders, (The back can just be round, nothing pointy), the Green shows more or less the shape of the Shawl (Should have colored it thinner), and the Red shows more or less how open the robe should be on the front of the lower body. More or less halfway between the center-front of the legs from the tibia and the outer side (so 3/4 of the way to the outer side of the leg). I've also included a picture of a monk robe costume so you can get a better idea of what I mean by shawl. (But I still want it nice and snug like the Mythic Dawn robe, not flapping all over the place) I'm not the only one working on this, I have a mate helping out, and he's going to soon learn at school how to model people. What we're working on will include a whole island and will have probably just the main story quest, non-linear. I know it sounds like we're overly ambitious, but we're not. We've set realistic goals and expectations. I will more than likely work on a smaller mod while progress can be made on this one. Anywho - - rant over. Picture attached. Be gentle, and goodnight. xD http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8239451/Robes.png
