LooseEnds
I'd like some help with the procedures to use for a complete uninstall of Skyrim. I use all the Usual Suspects Hearthfire, Dawnguard, Dragonborn, SKSE, NMM, Loot, TESS5Edit and CK, and only resently started getting a few glitches with the game like word walls not working ingame dragons not parting with their souls and problems with CK not allowing me to create new scripts. So I thought it's about time I did a complete uninstall and reinstalling a clean new game with no mods just the DLC's and SKSE with the appropriate changes I made to the INI file which I'd done when I'd first started playing the Game back in Dec2015. I haven't done any sort of reinstall over that period and this will be the first time. I've started with deactivating all my mods and deleting them permantently but that's about all so far. In my skyrim NMM I still see the plugins are still there I'm not to sure what's up with that. So any sort of procedure to help me reinstall a clear new game will be much appreciated. I don't think I can uninstall NMM because I also have Special Edition install. It's a bit of a memory hog but its still playable on my machine so I'm thinking if I uninstall NMM it may upset my Skyrim SE game. If anyone could put up a step by step plan of attack for my coming departure from the old Skyrim to a new clean Skyrim it would be much appricated. If someone has a link to these steps it would also be a big help.
Purr4me
No need to delete any files or uninstall any files, all you need to do is change the name of the skyrim folder and reinstall the game. all things will then fall right into place.
