Anya29
Ok so you play through the Civil War questline and you win, Skyrim is now controlled by your winning faction, for this example lets say it's the Stormcloaks. Along with not being able to inform your local Stormcloak division of an Imperial Camp nearby (lost a spying quest idea there Bethesda). If you should come across an Imperial patrol on it's own or with a Stormcloak prisoner if you engage them you are still given a bounty, now if you kill all the Imperials the bounty goes away but if you are spotted by a Stormcloak guard the bounty remains and the Stormcloak attacks you!!! Last night I saw 3 Stormcloaks on patrol walking straight towards 3 Imperials with prisoner coming the other way, I engaged the Imperials to free the prisoner and the Stormcloaks attacked me. I quit, reloaded and just watched the fight between them instead that time. Does this happen to anyone else and could there be a fix for it? BrknSoul
Un-provoked attacks will cause a bounty. If a guy is walking down the street, minding own business and you clobber him, that's a crime. If the same guy spots you, and rushes at you wielding half a trout in one hand and the lid of a saucepan in the other, then by all means, slice him to bits. Anya29
Yes but these are Imperials, we are at war with them. There should be a faction flag once you select a side and the war finishes (so that you can still do a quest in Imperial cities before the war ends) that makes Imperial soldiers "enemyfaction".
