The Vendor looks like Elianora, other's a guy who I forget the name of. It's near or in the theater district, I think it's a seperate cell inside the combat zone?Please help, I really loved that mod. I remember you could make jackets, bags, outfits for Piper, Preston, cait, ect. It had half a bar, and always had a cat roaming, please help! Thanks!
