Mini Nuke view distance setting?

I want to extend the view distance of projectiles impacting mainly grenades or grenade gun, and mini nukes. They go off screen when shot a distant targets and no explosion is visible. I assume that would be a ini setting in my games folder just don't know which.

Take a look at the TweakGuide's entry on ObjectFade under "[View Distance]" about the trade-offs of adjusting this. Also fLODFadeOutMultObjects on this page.

Also, found a "tweak" for FO4 (that came from Skyrim), that is supposed to enable you to snipe anyone you can see across the game world. Both of those games use the "Creation" game engine, while Fallout 3 & NV use the "Gamebryo" engine. No idea if it will actually work with FNV, so be sure to test carefully.

Edit the Fallout.ini files in your "Users" profile folder.

Scroll to the bottom and add the following two lines:

• [Actor]

• fVisibleNavmeshMoveDist=12288.0000

• Save and close the file.

However, it appears that each projectile has both a minimum and maximum range at which the AI tracks it. That can only be changed in the GECK or with xEdit/FNVEdit. There is an FO4 mod (Longer Range Projectiles by spad) to increase them for that game that you might use as a reference, but it doesn't address the Mini Nuke.
