Want to create an item that reduces sleep

I'm looking to create an item "sleeping pills" that works like sleeping without the actual sleeping (instead of time ticking by, it speeds up time instead)

 

I've got the time speed up working, but can't find any way to reduce the sleep level (survival)

 

 

Anyone know how I can do this, the caffeinated effect from Nuka cola is only temporary
