Tarpaulins - for roof or whatever

This may already be done but I've not seen a Mod that contains tarpaulins that could be rolled out across a roof top and tethered with appropriate fittings.

It would probably need to add happiness to the settlers in some way - a dry bed or chair is nice rather than a wet one.
