[SSE] How to install 3DNPC

I realise this forum is for more advance questions than "how to install" but I'm really have no idea how to do it and this seems like one of the very few active forums for skyrim mods.

 

I downloaded the two files from http://3dnpc.com/2016/10/27/3dnpc-v3-31-sse-alpha/

 

according to the user kociol21 - https://www.reddit.com/r/skyrimmods/comments/67ofzb/pc_sse_help_are_there_any_issues_with_3dnpc_and/

 

I should install the esp file shared by the user Comaug in the comment section in the first link.

 

I would really appreciate if you could explain to me in detail how to install these three files with nexus manager.
