LE can't find a mod that disenchants amulet of talos on skyrim se xbox one

I have been looking for ages and never could i find a mod that allows disenchanting of the amulet of talos.

I looked into quest bugs associated with the amulet and fixed all of them and tried all disenchanting mods on xbox one as of 2017 april 30th. I remember this one mod, it's called EzE's disenchanting, you can get it for PC but its not on xbox one. I started new games even wiped my load order and tried each disenchanting mod with unofficial skyrim patch. If someone could make a mod that can do this i would be deeply indebted to you and would be very happy. :laugh:
