VikingPrince
So it always seemed odd to me that a staff would be on somebody's back when they aren't using it to fight. I mean, when you aren't fighting and using it as a beatdown stick or casting magic with it, it's a big walking stick. Seems logical that it would be in the user's hand at all times - one-handed when walking, then switch to a two-handed grip (or are they one-handed now?) when fighting. Similarly with battleaxes and warhammers, I always thought they looked downright odd when worn on the back, especially with that handle-upward way of carrying them the game has. The handle sticks a good foot over the person's head. I've never really seen images of somebody carrying a polearm in this manner; I thought it would look better if they were carrying it over the shoulder in one hand, then switch to a two-handed grip for combat, or else using it as a "walking stick" when not in combat.
