TotalEclipse
So I've got my Morrowind nice and modded just the way I personally want it. All done manually too, none of those one stop shop compilation overhauls. I'm drifting around the Bitter Coast enjoying my roofed forest, my god rays, and animated grass. Suddenly, I hear the battle music kick in, so I start looking around. I look up. No bane of Men, Mer, and Dragons alike in the sky. I look all around me. No creature large enough to stand out over the grass. "Pfft. Must be a Mudcrab, Kwama, or Rat. Might even be a Shalk" I think to myself. Just about then I'm hit for roughly half my health, (brand new character). I look down in horror... at a giant... **** off... "Tarantula"... Not cool guys. Not cool. =_= You know who you are. BarefootWarrior
LMAO!!!! I needed a good laugh today and this one did it! I'm with you, I don't like spiders either and I have pulled mods over that one, at least give the option to include spiders or not. This one just made my day... :teehee:
TotalEclipse
Well I love making people laugh so it works out for both of us! To be honest, after the initial shock, swearing, and running, I was over it pretty quick. Off the top of my head, the only spiders that have really gotten to me, ingame, would be the 'Arachnomorphs' in The Wither 3: Hearts of Stone expansion and, shudders, Skyrim... I think it stems from having a lot of hunting spiders in the area that can get quite large. Just this last week I came across one that was well on its way to mouse sized, and they're always so fast... The thing that really got me, though... One morning, years ago, I was putting on my boots and I was met with... resistance... in the right one. There was a spider whose body alone was a little bit smaller than a quarter just chilling in the heel area... I always check my boots now.
Oblivionaddicted
Deactivate your mods and start the game until you find the culprit. It never bothered me having spiders in my games.
