New Tag request: Abandoned, Defunct, or otherwise discontinued

Hello folks.

 

Been pokin' around lately on the Fallout mod section, and I've noticed a few mods that either haven't been updated in quite a while, or simply seem to have their developer fall off the face of the earth.

 

Any chance some new tags could be added that can be used to tag these apparent abandoned mods? Granted, I fully realize that people will most likely be idjits about it and tag things they shouldn't, but hopefully it is a valid idea, and may be implemented.
