The GECK randomly deleted one of my world spaces.

So, I was working on a mod, building a world space and all and it was coming along nicely, I save every five minutes and all that sweet jazz. But, I come back the next day to find all my work had been erased. I understand it's gone and all but can I do some magic with Fallout NV Edit to get it back?

When you say "erased", do you mean the mod file is there, but when you load it there is no "worldspace" to select, or it won't render, or just exactly what? The details will determine if anything can be done.

 

If the file itself is "gone", then it is probably just "deleted" and may be in the "trashcan" where it can be restored if you haven't overwritten it.

 

The lesson to learn is that it is not enough to save often. You need backups of the file as well.

The worldspace is the only thing gone as of right now.

I'm not a FNV mod creator, but I have been collecting information on the process. Without knowing where you were at in the process of creating your worldspace, I can only offer the hope that perhaps it is not missing but merely "out of sight". Please see the 'Worldspaces' section of wiki "Getting started creating mods using GECK" article where this is mentioned.

 

Otherwise, suggest you ask the moderators to move this to the "New Vegas GECK and Modders" sub-forum, where the real experts on the CK are more likely to see it.
