Can suddenly take all items after interacting with NPC

I just started to play Skyrim and I'm at The Bannered Mare in Whiterun and naturally 99% of all items in the tavern can't be picked up and it would count as stealing if I take them.

I then talked to Hulda while she was sleeping and she has on option where I can sell firewood to her. I made some before just by luck and sold her 6 firewood for 30 gold.

Now, everything in the tavern can be taken without it counting as stealing. The red "Steal" is gone and it now says "Take" in white.

I tried to exit the tavern and come back, but the status stays. It's also not triggered by just talking to her or trading with her regularly.

I could just completely empty the tavern without committing a crime, which seems like it shouldn't be the case.

Also, Im 50% sure this happened in the tavern in Riverwood, where I than emptied the whole guestroom. But I didn't draw any conclusions back then.

To me this looks like some kind of bug and I don't want this extra "support" by the game.
