CTD immediately after starting a New game.

Let me get a few things clear. I have been trying for days to get modded Oblivion to work. Scratch that, I've been trying for months but I gave up until recently where I deleted everything and reinstalled Oblivion again this time being more careful about my mods. I used all the programs I was supposed to -- OBMM, Wyre Bash, BOSS, and ES4Edit. I've loaded most of my mods via OBMM and manually installed OBSE plugins very carefully whilst following instructions. I used ES4Edit and cleaned mods that needed cleaning. I used OBMM to get my load order done correctly. I used Wyre Bash to create a patch. It should be working, but I have absolutely no idea why it isn't and I am currently at the end of my rope.

 

My current theory is that there is a conflict between mods that I haven't yet found, my load order is messed up, or Robo-Hitler and his cyber minions will not rest until I give up on modding Oblivion.

 

I can get to Patrick Stewart's monologue and the flashy intro, but as soon as the real game is supposed to start it immediately crashes to desktop. Can I get some help here?

Did you try sorting the load order with BOSS? I do not believe All Natural should be at the bottom of the order. If that does not work, I would suggest deleting the ini in your documents/my games/oblivion and start the game launcher to start a fresh ini. Most of time, the CTD is either caused by missing animation files, missing master or out of memory. I noticed that you are using COBL Races with OCO. I believe you need a compatibility patch to make them work together but I could be wrong. If all else fails, uninstall the game and install again using the Wrye Bash as the main manager and OBMM for absolute necessary ones i.e Sensual Walks. Good luck!!
