Purr4me
Pick the mods that use fose, requires it's use except FWE and disable them and run the game but do not change cells nor save the game. See what takes place.

Purr4me
Looking @ the issue, doing a set up to match the saved game file, I did a google search of this term (FO3 Wanderers Edition - More Gore)what popped up was this thread within a group of complaints similar to this issue. Deals with mmm's properties in a way.(https://www.google.com/search?q=FO3+Wanderers+Edition+-+More+Gore&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8)Now the "More Gore entries for FWE ?"Found them. I can provide you with a preliminary sort of the FWE parts and sort order that was supposed to be correct.A screen shot. The load order I am getting does not match yours. JayCutz
I see that you are using NMC Maximum texture pack. Did you make the game "Large Address Aware" as noted in the mod instructions? If not, that is probably why you are having a problem. If you did, I would suggest using one of the smaller packs and then work your way up. Modding a game takes time and patience and a lot of trial and error. You try mods and if you have a problem, you try something else. It is not fast or easy. It takes time and effort to get a stable game. I currently have 127 files in my load order. This does not count the texture replacers that do not have an .esm or .esp. This did not happen overnight or with a one click download and install like you get with NMM.
