LE Magic Tattoos and Warpaints

I found this while surfing on other modding forums I came across this link: http://game.ali213.net/thread-4097747-1-1.html.

The mod is for an enchanted tattoo armor. An interesting idea on it's own, but it made me think.

Warpaints and tattoo mods already exist to decorate your Dragonborn, but do these decorations ever actually mean anything. It would be fun if someone where to make a quest mod that symbolic, any maybe enchanted tattoos as a reward.

There are various myths with magic runes in celtic/nordic mythology for lore friendliness.
