Is there any skyrim SE mod that can add customizable health to npc's?

 

 

A bit about me

this be my first post here.

Im having my first real playthrough, with a bunch of mods including smilodon, and recently Sands of Time, (which after adding SoT, I experience ctd, but I choose to live with it, since im too newbie to know how to cleanse with TES5Edit, and for some reason cant study on, cause skyrim creation kit wont open)

 

Problem for me is dmg output.

After waching this video on how to max out with alchemy gear and potions, after maxing enchant+alch+smith, you can basically keep improving alchemy gear, then enchanting potions, then alc gear etc.

 

Soooo anyways, my dmg on bows are like 600+ each arrow, and nothing can keep up when Im sneaking in. I feel like Saitama from "One Punch Man" all ready and fired up at encounters, but every dragon goes bye bye with 2 pew pews. there is only one fix atm and thats to cast away my gear, make regular alchemy enchants and regular potions, castrating myself in other ways and just accepting that Legendary + smilodon + SoT is all I can have. Or continue as I have and go further with Necromage boost

But if npc's had more hp, this would all be fixed for me. I still can go down, but magic is not touching me, armour is capped with elven gear, and Npc's be all biscuits for this hungry gamer...

What you need, by the same rascal who makes sot, is releveler. It will releveler enemies on the fly, set the settings to 100 for all and enemies will,be 10 times stronger than player. If 100 is not enough post on that mod page, I,am sure he can raise the limit. Hmmm I think he already did. If the max per stat ism1000 then he did, and that's the same as 100 times stronger.

Thank you for replying, think im on the wrong forum. Anyways, I got npc releveler, but couldnt find the book, tes5 helped me find item id on that book, so here goes. ty
