A More Populated Skyrim

I constantly think about a mod like this:

"This game needs more homes and more people."

I chant that phrase incessantly in my head. It's possibly one of the most prominent flaw in Skyrim. I can't remember a better one. A mod like I describe would be incredibly difficult to make and I haven't EVER modded TES games. I know this because if you just think how much things you must take in consideration. For example, it's no coincidence that every person in a village has their own homes and their own chat phrases that is completely unique and relevant to that person and his surroundings. Especially another factor to take to thought would be the house locations because Skyrim villages were made to hold a certain amount of houses adding more would be the most clusterfreak ever.

Well, I believe I have an idea. Create more NPCs named as "Travelers" and make them have tents outside the city or occasionally sleep in the nearest village Taverns. Or make a husband or wife for every citizen in the village and have them sleep in their originally spouses house and make them have varying armor. Their phrases can be simple sentences like "Today is a fine day to go hunting!" Of course, the audio would not be included, unless whomever decides to make this mod includes it. I don't know if any ordinary person can mimic Skyrim's medieval speech.

This is just a thought and I was wondering if it's even possible? Difficult sure, but how about possible?

If you feel that Skyrim seems a little barren, try the Wars In Skyrim mod. While it's not exactly what you describe, it's a good start.

I think I have the answer to some of those things, mainly the 'travellers' part

I'm testing it out, :D

How often do you update it? I was wondering if your mod is going to be aimed at improving Skyrim human/elf/orc etc population?

Its only BETA at the moment, the first real release is sceduled for about 2 weeks

it will include

the esp already uploaded which contains adventurers and travellers and gamer submitted NPCs (however I still have some more npcs to add to this file)

The magical items overhaul which is nearly finished, im testing it at the moment

the npc hostile encounters esp, more random fights such as dark brotherhood assasinating someone then fleeing the town

But yes eventually there will be hundreds of new npcs, also planning to increase some town populations so yes there will be human, elf and orc increases in cities etc
