CTD when taking carriage to Markarth

Hi All -

 

I've debugged my mod load order a bunch, have used LOOT and downloaded relevant patches. I have resolved almost everything but am now experiencing a CTD when I take the carriage to Markarth / attempt to load the Markarth area, wondering if anyone has experienced the same thing?
