Ammo, Crop & Component Vendors

I currently use a mod called "Diamond City Surplus now has everything you need." However, this mod is insanely OP. I can acquire the best armor and base weapons in the game as soon as I get to Diamond City. They have heavy combat armor, X-01 Power Armor, gatling lasers, fat men, and enough ammo to last me the whole game.

 

I mostly downloaded that mod so I could have a consistent source of components and shipments. But even that is a headache. They'll also have copies of every single junk item in the game. Scrolling down to the "shipment of" section of the Junk menu still takes forever!

 

I'd like to see a mod that adds some entirely new, standalone vendors to Diamond City Market. These guys should all specialize in only one type of item, but they should sell a lot of that item. For example, "Component Guy" can sell me 100 of each type of shipment and 1,000 of each component. But for god's sake, keep all the junk items in a separate vendor so I don't have to scroll through them!

 

"Crop Guy" would sell 100 of every type of plantable crop, giving me an easy (but not OP) means of acquiring whatever crops I might need for my settlements ... whether it be corn, mutfruit, and tato for vegetable starch, or razorgrain for noodle cups in survival difficulty. But keep all the processed foods & healing items out of his merchant inventory.

 

We don't need a "Chem Guy," since we already have one of those.

 

"Ammo Guy" could probably just be Arturo. But the important thing is that he has a reliable, consistent stock of ammo. 1,000 rounds of every bullet type in the game, 5,000 5mm rounds (since they get sucked up the fastest by the minigun), and 100 fusion cores.

 

This way, we wouldn't have OP vendors who can sell the best gear in the game way before you should normally be able to acquire it, and we also wouldn't have to spent two solid minutes holding down to the "D" key just to get to the shipments.
