Black snowflakes, but only at night

I recently got back into playing through Skyrim, this time with a bunch of mods. I seem to have just about everything working together, the only issues I've run into so far that I can't seem to get a handle on is having black snowflakes that seem to only be showing up at night/when it's dark. I've done some searching for possible fixes, but nothing has done the trick so far. I've been running Vivid Weathers and its own ENB, and I've even tried disabling the ENB (via shift+F12) around the snowflakes to see if it was just an ENB setting issue, but they appear to be black regardless of it being on or not.
