When I start the game my caracter apears in the guard on the carrage, and there's no other man what I can see. + when we reach Helgen, the horses chagers into the wall and into the gates of Helgen. The gate didn't opened up. And when I dowloaded a mod to start elswhere my caracter just stands, you can move but the animation doesn't work.Sorry for my english.
