Frequent CTD's entering new cells (especially Solitude)

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone can help with any advice on frequent CTD's I'm having. Most of the are Solitude related when entering or exiting a building, but some are Whiterun-based and elsewhere.

Here's my mod plugin list... There a fair few. Can anyone see if any may conflict? I use LOOT so the load order should be fine.
