No options on main menu. Possible load order error

I spent around 7 hours yesterday, and today getting a bunch of mods, checking after every couples mods if every thing worked or not, using loot, and everything. Everything worked fine. Then i used loot again earlier and it started giving me the error i mentioned in the title.

I don't know much about LOOT, and manually organizing the load order, so that's probably the issue. Someone please help :sad:

I fixed it, it was RS Children Overhaul.
