unknown mod texture issue

Hello,

 

I recently installed Skyrim SE and tried modding. I looked through multiple youtube videos on recommended mods to get me started. Unfortunately, I am experiencing some texture issues (See attached screenshot).

 

I am using Skyrim SE 1.4 patch. Used NMM for installing of the mods, LOOT to determine the load order and TESVEdit to clean master files.

One moment, where i had no idea what to do, was when during installation of certain mods it asked me, whether to overwrite or not. I believe it was when installing Rustic Clothing, because it had some conflict with Static Mesh improvement and/or immersive armors. But that shouldn't be causing glitch on the walls, should it? It also appears randomly when wandering around. Sometimes the ground becomes glitched. If i look around or reload it returns to normal.

Please let me know if you have any ideas, how to fix this.
