Newbie with likely common graphics issue

Hi there,

 

So I have a vanilla install from Steam, downloaded Mod Organiser, and I have very very few mods added, there is 1 in particular (essentially the first one) that is causing issues.

 

I loaded the game with only this mod to confirm if it was this alone.

 

I can provide any technical details needed, basic is Windows 10 with a GTX670, not overclocking it or anything, settings are at maximum (vanilla), I just turned off motion blur

 

I am concerned regarding the reference in MO to FNIS, I have enabled FNIS Checker in the MO settings, is this related?
