IndorilTheGreat
An atom? I'm trying to "burn the box" but I can't come up with anything...
Marcus Wolfe
What? Ok, if our appearance was not effected by hereditary traits, the only differences in appearance would be hair style, tattoos, scars and other things attained during life. Simple as that. Geez..... You know, that actually makes sense!... I mean, it's so obvious that it's impossible to see! Good answer!
Marcus Wolfe
So obvious, only a total n00b could overlook it.....

Marcus Wolfe
Well, philosopher101 clearly is a n00b..... I think very little of him for asking this question. You, on the other hand, are ok, because you were thinking about something more complex.
philosopher101
Well, philosopher101 clearly is a n00b..... I think very little of him for asking this question. You, on the other hand, are ok, because you were thinking about something more complex. You have a part of the concept but teh real answer is one sentance. This is not a brain teser or riddle from a cracker-jack box people. Think deep, for many it would day a whole day before they realize what the question REALLY is asking. another hint. To get the answer you do not require any math, physics, or any other modern sciences. Oh and dont call me a nwb. the answer is neither obvious nor complex. Vagrant0
another hint. To get the answer you do not require any math, physics, or any other modern sciences.Nope, just good old fashioned mind reading since nobody can know exactly what you mean without it, seeing as how you don't make any attempt to really explain what you MEAN. Oh and dont call me a nwb. the answer is neither obvious nor complex. And yet it isn't an answer since there is no way for you to know, or prove it to be so. And in light of no logical evidence being applicable to such answer, there really isn't much of a basis for argument beyond "this is what I think, so there :yucky: ". The real philosophical question here is exactly that. How can you explain something which cannot be defined to any agreeable extent in any way, but still be something you expect others to come to the same conclusions about. And it is a theological question since you are trying to encourage the belief that something exists before conception (or the oppisite of that). The very term we use, "conception" suggests otherwise, depending on how you want to look at it. You might as well ask people to explain what an idea looks like before it has been thought up. And if your answer is "nothing", that's just a dissapointment. BTW, there is no box, only a complex matrix of plant fibers pressed into semi-planar forms combined to form a recti-linear enclosure. See, now why do you have to go and confuse things like that?... I think... Edit: Nevermind... I get it...
Marcus Wolfe
o_O Did he misspell n00b? Oh and dont call me a nwb. the answer is neither obvious nor complex. ;D He did! He did misspell n00b! There are so many right ways to spell n00b, how could you possibly screw it up? :whoops:
