Could it be a light armor, with the maxed upgrades for the suit that weighs in at 18lbs, has a DR of 16 and an item health of 650/700. The armor to be placed at nipton in the town hall mayors office. (or wherever you want to place it since I'm not making it haha) I'm sure if you made a version with each style of courier coat and maybe some reduced stats (for those of you who aren't like me) that it would be decently popular. Many many thanks in advance if anyone decides to make this for me. I'm sure there are others out there that wanted this or something like this too.
